From February 2 to 5, 2025, in Zakopane, at the GEOVITA Conference and Recreation Center, the XXXI Scientific Conference “Scientific and Technical Progress and Organizational Development in Agriculture” was held. The event was organized by the Polish Society of Agricultural Engineering (PTIR).
The conference was attended by over 120 participants from countries such as Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Ukraine, Lithuania, and other European nations, highlighting the international character of the event.
Following the presentations, lively panel discussions and Q&A sessions were held, allowing participants to deepen their knowledge and exchange experiences between representatives of the scientific community and practitioners.
The conference served as a platform for dialogue between science and practice in areas such as:
- modern agriculture and agricultural engineering,
- environmental engineering,
- renewable energy sources,
- innovative production and logistics technologies,
- applications of artificial intelligence in scientific research and industry.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the publishing house Inżynieria Rolnicza, a ceremonial event was held to present awards and diplomas in recognition of long-term contributions to the development and promotion of the publishing house and the dissemination of science in the field of agricultural engineering.
